Functions
The
Commercial Guest House is a self-generating venture of the University. It was first established in 1989 with the aim
of catering for university guest on their first 28 days, visiting lecturers,
sabbatical staff etc. However,
the unit is fully commercialized now with 15 rooms; 10 single rooms
and 5 double rooms.
Services
rendered by the Commercial Guest House include provision of accommodation,
meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, minerals etc) and laundry services.
The guest house also operates 24 hours.
The Commercial Guest House has just been renovated and has all facilities functional.. Charges in the Commercial Guest house are as
follows:
Single
rooms N2,000.00 daily
Double
rooms N2,400.00 daily
